At Bafana Bafana Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your jersey or apparel item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

To start a return, please contact us at bafanabafanastore.info@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at bafanabafanastore.info@gmail.com. Include photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made jerseys

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

Need a different size?

The quickest way to get the correct size is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order for the desired size once your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.
